The Five Guys location on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie will be temporarily closed for renovations, though the location in Fishkill further down the roadway will remain open for the time being.

As of this week, the windows at Five Guys have been covered, with large signs promoting their re-opening, “soon.” Legal permits from several departments are also posted on the front door near the “re-opening soon” signs.

It is unclear when the restaurant will reopen later this year, possibly as soon as next month.

On Facebook, Five Guys simply posted, “WE’LL BE RIGHT BACK…. FEBRUARY 2020,” with a caption that reads “we are renovating to bring you a shiny new, even more awesome experience with us!”
